What to do if your lesson isn't working
If you are having trouble joining your lesson, follow the steps below in order. These steps will help resolve the most common access issues.
Step 1: Refresh your session

Retry the lesson link.
Step 2: Restart BrightPath & your PC

If the lesson still does not open, try the following:

Log out of BrightPath.

Restart your computer.

Log back into BrightPath.

Retry the lesson link.
Step 3: Contact support
If you are still unable to join your lesson after completing the steps above, please contact Customer Support.
