My lesson isn't working
If you're lesson isn't working, don't panic. This is normally resolved with a quick reset of youor browser/laptop or PC.
Step 1: Refresh your session
To get back into your lesson, please follow these steps as they will help resolve the most common issues:

Exit the lesson.

Refresh your browser.

Retry the lesson link.
Step 2: Restart BrightPath & your PC
If your lesson still isn't working, please follow these steps:

Log out of BrightPath.

Restart your computer.

Log back into BrightPath.

Retry the lesson link.
Step 3: Contact Customer Support
If you're still unable to join your lesson after completing the steps above, please contact Customer Support.
