How to upgrade your family plan

At LessonWise, we tailor all Family Plans to the unique learning needs of your family to ensure you’re able to meet your educational goals. While we complete a full consultation with an education consultant when you first sign up, we understand that learning needs and priorities can change over time.

That’s why we’ve made it possible to upgrade your Family Plan at any time.

To upgrade your Family Plan simply:

1. Reach out to your Account Manager to let them know you are interested in upgrading your plan.
2. Your Account Manager will arrange a quick call with you to discuss how your family's needs have changed.
3. During the call, they will recommend the best way to adjust and upgrade your plan to suit your new goals.

If you're happy with the recommendations

Once you have reviewed the new plan with your Account Manager and are happy to proceed, we will go ahead and upgrade your plan immediately so you can start benefiting right away.
