How to reschedule or cancel a lesson

We understand that sometimes it's not possible to make a lesson, which is why we're here to help if you need to reschedule. 

When requesting to reschedule a lesson, you must let us know at least 48hrs before the lesson is due to happen. This is to ensure your tutor’s time is respected and to allow us enough time to get in contact with them.

To reschedule a lesson:

1. Login to your parent dashboard
2. Click on Lesson Calendar in the navigation bar on the left
3. Click the lesson you want to reschedule
4. Click reschedule/cancel lesson and follow the steps

If the lesson is happening in less than 48 hrs, we may still be able to reschedule but we cannot guarantee that it is possible. To find out if the lesson can be rescheduled:

1. Log in to your Parent Dashboard
2. Open live chat to speak with Customer Support
