How to communicate with your tutors

Communicating with your tutors couldn’t be easier. Having all your communications in one place allows you to easily keep track of your child's progress and stay in touch with their educators.

To communicate with your tutor simply:

1. Log in to your LessonWise account.
2. Click on ‘Messages’ in the menu on the left-hand side.
3. Select the chat with the tutor that you would like to speak with.
4. Type and send your message.

Important note on off-platform communication

Please note that we require all communication with your tutors to be done through the LessonWise platform. This is to ensure the proper safeguarding of all learners and ensures we are able to step in and support you if you ever experience issues with your tutor.

For these safety reasons, you should never ask for your tutor's email address or phone number, or communicate with them via WhatsApp or other external messaging platforms.

If a tutor suggests communicating off-platform

If your tutor ever suggests communicating outside of the LessonWise platform, please notify our Customer Support team immediately via our live chat.
