How to book additional lessons

The easiest way to book additional lessons is to speak with your LessonWise Account Manager. This allows us to effectively manage the lessons on your plan, make the best recommendation for how many lessons to purchase and liaise with your tutor to save you time.

To book extra lessons simply:

1. Send your account manager an email stating the number of lessons you would like to book and when you want them to take place
2. Leave it with your account manager to speak with your tutor and check their availability

If your tutor is available at the time/s you’ve requested

If your tutor is available, your Account Manager will send you a secure payment link to pay for the additional lessons.

Once you’ve paid for the additional lessons, your Account Manager will book them in with your tutor.

Please note - additional lessons are only guaranteed once you have made payment.

If the tutor is not available at the times you’ve requested

If your tutor isn't available, your account manager will come back to you with alternative times that your tutor is able to deliver additional lessons.

Once we find a time that works for both you and your tutor, your Account Manager will send over a payment link to book in the lessons as stated above.
