How to add a new learner

To ensure your account is accurate and you're always on the most suitable Family Plan for your needs, adding new learners is managed by the LessonWise Team.

To add a new learner follow these steps:

1. Check that you have not exceeded the maximum number of learners on your Family Plan
2. Email your account manager to tell them that you want to add an additional learner to your Family Plan, and include the new learners:
1. name
2. age
3. year group
4. subjects they require tuition in
5. number of lessons per month you would like them to have

If the new learner fits within your existing Family Plan

Once we have these details, your account manager will:

• confirm if the new learner will fit within your existing Family Plan,

• Make suitable tutor matches and organise meet-and-greet sessions for you and your new learner.

• Add the new learner to your account and book in their lessons once you've confirmed which tutor/s you would like to proceed with

If you need to upgrade your Family Plan to add a new learner

Depending on the Family Plan you are currently subscribed to, you may need to upgrade in order to:

• Add an additional learner, and/or  

   

• Accommodate the total number of lessons required for all learners on your plan.

If an upgrade is needed, your account manager will guide you through the steps to upgrade your Family Plan and ensure everything is set up correctly for your family’s needs.
